Simply choose your preferred treatment length — 50, 70, or 90 minutes — and enjoy a fully customized facial experience designed around you. Each appointment begins with a professional consultation to discuss your skin goals, lifestyle, and current routine. From there, we curate a results-driven treatment using advanced modalities like dermaplaning, nano-infusion, LED therapy, and more — all included in your service when needed. Before your appointment, you’ll receive an online form that allows you to personalize every detail — from selecting your treatment focus and massage pressure preferences to choosing your ideal atmosphere with spa music or relaxing rain sounds. In addition to our luxury facials, Skin by Payton Studios also offers expert brow care that always include brow mapping and select wax services, crafted with precision to enhance your natural features and complement your skincare results. CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for making Skin by Payton your preferred beauty service provider! 🫶🏼 To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policies when booking your appointment: **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy** - All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. - Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through our website or by texting 281-917-5181 with your first and last name. Please note that email is not an accepted form for altering appointment details. - Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 60% of the total service cost. **No-Show Policy** - If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 60% of the total service cost. **Late Arrival Policy** - If you anticipate being late, please notify your service provider by texting 281-917-5181 as soon as possible. - There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without communication, your appointment will be canceled and marked as a no-show, incurring a 60% fee of the service total. - There is only a 5 minute grace period for brow waxes as the service time is only 25 minutes. **Health and Safety** - If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
